Vesta angels represent the feminine aspirations to particular paths or goals. The angels of Vesta are the Guardians of the Witches, those individuals who have taken an oath to serve humankind with dedication and positive endeavors. Vesta angels help us focus and integrate ourselves into the bigger picture or into a lofty goal.
(From Silver Raven Wolf Book-Angels Companions in Magick).

Associations: Developing physical discipline and the inspiration to create, the learning and sharing of ideas, mental and spiritual merging and bonding.

These angels of pure inspiration and dedication seek to pull our feminine aspirations and goals towards us... The angels of Vesta are truely the guardians of the Witches, and therefore their astrological symbol shows power in its purest form. Theya re the temple guardians, those whon light the lamps of truth and knowledge, guarding the secrets of the hidden children. Truely they are the protectors of the shining ones.
Vesta angels are triple-winged, with strong bodies and burnished skin, fiery hair and tawny eyes, and robes of gold and saffron that flicker like grasping flames in the wind. They wear golden crowns upon their heads; their arms and ankles are encircled by gold.
Vesta angels focus on the element of fire.

Vesta...
Virgin Goddess of Fire, One of the twelve great Roman Divinities.
In ancient times the Hearth was considered sacred and symbolized the centre of the house.....
In a recent meditation I recieved a message
"Feel as though you are the Centre..... you are the Hearth.....How you represent yourself is important, think about it carefully"
Vesta was always shown as a flame of fire, never a statue or picture until eventually she was shown on Roman coins where she was shown as wearing a veil so her face was always slightly hidden, only a shadow was shown.
Vesta was a symbol, a symbol of the Roman  Society, depicted as fire.  This fire was taken care of by The Vestal Virgins, if the fire died out it was thought it would be the end of Roman Society.
Celebrated on the 9th June, Sacred day of Vestalis......
